As a valued customer, we are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. That is why we process all orders within 24-72 hours of purchase and you can expect to receive your product within 31 business days (on the basis that there are no unexpected third party delays or issues).

Most products are delivered within 10 days however sometimes unexpected delays take place. Please note once the item has been processed and dispatched, any issues with the delivery, should be taken up with the carrier directly. If this happens we will do everything we can to follow up your order and can lodge requests on your behalf but please understand it is the carriers fault and in this case delivery may take longer.
